Ensuring adequate supply of affordable housing based on compliance with the state's housing policy;

Ensure that the supply of affordable houses and rental houses (RSKN/PPR) is made to eligible low and middle income groups;

Manage applications for maintenance assistance for State Government Public Housing and eligible private housing;

Manage applications for transfer of ownership for Affordable Homes A (RMM A) and Affordable Homes B (RMM B) on behalf of the State Government; and

Leading the Renewal (Urban Regeneration) project involves dilapidated housing schemes that are no longer cost-effective to maintain.
